The rules of the hive.

BlackNectar provides catalog and fulfillment support for approved retail partners. Use of the site, catalog, product data, and B2B access is subject to approval, channel availability, inventory availability, and applicable marketplace or platform rules.

Product availability, pricing, metadata, and fulfillment terms can change as inventory files update. BlackNectar may remove products, adjust access, or revise channel rules to protect inventory accuracy and operational reliability.

Retail partners are responsible for their own storefront claims, customer-facing policies, marketplace compliance, taxes, and customer support obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
